Made with dried chilis native to Pakistani and Mexican cuisine, including Kashmiri, Chipotle, Guajillo, and Pasilla peppers, as well as fresh Red Jalapeno and Cayenne chilis, all fermented together.

Ingredients: Fresh chilis (Red Serrano, Red Jalapeno, Cayenne), Dried chilis (Kashmiri, Guajillo, Chipotle Pasilla peppers), Fresh apples, Fermented pears, Garlic, Apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, white sugar, white Miso, salt, black pepper.
